The Irrigation Development Support Project (IDSP) is a World Bank (WB) funded irrigation infrastructure development project under the Ministry of Agriculture (MoA). The Project is innovative in its approach and currently serves as a vehicle for spearheading the provision and development of bulk water irrigation infrastructure and improving the environment for commercializing irrigated agriculture in areas with “high potential” for irrigated agriculture in Zambia.
